Open (Depending on Experience) + Occasional Overtime paid at 20% Once 40 hours have been worked + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

SHIFTS: Double Days

Our client is an independent manufacturer of high end printed folded cartons, a well–established business with a varied product offering working with small, medium and large clients in the in food, drink, gift, alcohol, beverage, cosmetics, leisure and FMCG markets. The company put a strong emphasis on quality, customer service and investing in the latest technology and equipment.

They are currently looking to recruit a skilled Cut & Crease Operator to work in their busy Cut & Crease department you will be operating Bobst Novacut Machines

Key Responsibilities:

Operate Bobst Novacut 106 machines, including setup, make–ready, and die–cutting production.Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure machines run at peak efficiency.Prepare and troubleshoot Cut & Crease tooling, including cutting dies, speed strip dies, and female stripping dies.Accurately use counters and creasing matrix during the make–ready process.Operate and maintain embossing and debossing dies to achieve high–quality finishes.Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and deliver outstanding results for customers.Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years' experience operating Cut & Crease (Die–Cutting) machinery.Strong technical knowledge of print finishing processes and excellent mechanical aptitude.Motivated, enthusiastic, and positive individual with a proactive approach to work.Team–oriented with strong problem–solving skills and the ability to take on supervisory responsibilities.Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast–paced, evolving environment and contribute to continuous improvement.Experience with Bobst Novacut 106 or similar die–cutting equipment is highly desirable.Benefits:
