Job Description

Lead site technical and quality activities

Ensure food safety, HACCP, and compliance requirements are met

Manage quality systems, audits, and corrective actions

Drive continuous improvement across processes

Support and guide technical team members

Collaborate with operational and cross-functional teams

Experience

Previous experience in a senior technical or quality role within a regulated manufacturing environment

Strong knowledge of food safety, quality systems, and HACCP

Experience ensuring compliance with industry and customer standards

Confident communicator able to influence at all levels

Proven leadership skills with experience developing others
