The Role

As a Production Team Leader, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe daily operations across the production floor. You'll lead, motivate, and develop a team of operators while maintaining high standards of output, quality, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support a team of production operatives to meet daily targets

Coordinate workflow, allocate tasks, and manage staffing levels

Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Ensure adherence to health & safety, quality, and operational procedures

Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback

Report production data, issues, and opportunities to senior management

Support problem–solving and root–cause activities to reduce downtime

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Experienced in a supervisory or team–leading role within manufacturing

Confident in coaching and motivating a diverse team

Strong in communication, organisation, and decision–making

Proactive, solutions–focused, and committed to improvement

Knowledgeable in lean, 5S, or similar methodologies (desirable)

Comfortable working in a fast–paced, target–driven environment
