Key Responsibilities:

As a Production Operative, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing process by:

Assembling raw materials for prepping, mixing, measuring, and packing finished products.

Managing automated methods and temperatures to ensure efficient manufacturing processes.

Communicating and coordinating with the production team to meet production schedules effectively.

Participating in regular shift-related meetings to share critical information and insights.

What You'll Need:

To thrive in this role, candidates should possess:

Basic Maths and English skills for effective communication and task execution.

A strong desire to learn and engage in on-the-job training.

The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a small team.

Good communication skills complemented by a flexible attitude.

Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

Physical fitness to lift and move weights up to 25kgs.

A valid right to work in the UK.
