Working Hours: 7:05am - 5:00pm (Monday to Thursday)

Hourly Rate: £12.71 per hour

Responsibilities

As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will include:

Working on a busy production line to meet production targets.

Performing general production and packing tasks with precision and efficiency.

Maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail in all tasks.

Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.

Supporting the team to ensure deadlines are met and production runs smoothly.

Qualifications

Your typical day as a Production Operative will involve:

Starting your shift promptly at 7:00am and working collaboratively with your team.

Operating on the production line to assemble, pack, or inspect products.

Ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Monitoring the quality of products and reporting any issues to supervisors.

Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to support a safe working environment.
