Production Operative (Nights)

Location: Uckfield, East Sussex

Hours: Night Shift, 10:00pm - 6:00am

Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour

Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Training: First month on day shifts

We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join our client based in Uckfield, supporting the production team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for long-term employment with the potential to secure a permanent position.

Full training will be provided, with the first month spent working on day shifts to ensure you gain the knowledge and confidence needed before moving onto the permanent night shift pattern.

Key Responsibilities

Manufacturing and assembling

Working as part of a busy production team

Quality checking finished products

Packing and preparing items for dispatch

Following production schedules and company procedures

Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

What We are Looking For

Reliable and punctual individuals

Good attention to detail

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Previous manufacturing or production experience is advantageous but not essential

The Role

This position involves light manual work and being on your feet throughout the shift. While the role is hands-on, it does not involve heavy lifting, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy practical work in a busy manufacturing environment. xjnqpsq
