Join Our Team as a Production Operative!

Location: Winsford

Contract Type: Temporary Ongoing

Hourly Rate: From £12.21

Working Pattern: Full Time- Rotating shifts of days, noons and nights on rota basis. Shifts as follows

Days- Monday-Thursday 5:45AM - 14:00PM and Friday 5:45AM- 12:45PM

Noons- Monday-Thursday 13:45PM- 22:00PM and Friday 12:15PM- 19:30PM

Nights-Sunday-Wednesday 23:00PM- 6:00AM and Thursday 21:45PM-6:00AM

Please note: Applicants Must be able to work all shifts

Key Responsibilities:

As a Production Operative, you will:

Operate and monitor IT-based machinery to ensure smooth production flow.

Maintain high standards of quality control throughout the production process.

Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets.

Conduct routine checks and preventative maintenance on equipment.

Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Assist in packaging and labelling products for distribution.

Quality checking of items before palletising.

What We're Looking For:

To excel in this role, you should have:

Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment.

Basic IT skills and the ability to operate pre-programmed machinery effectively.

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.

Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

Flexibility to work shifts and adapt to changing production needs.
