We are seeking a kind and gentle Nanny/Housekeeper to join a young family with three children (G5, B3.5 and B1.5) in Notting Hill.
Highlights:
Start: ASAP
Location: Notting Hill, London
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 7pm
Salary: £60,000 - £63,000 gross per annum
Overview:
Our client in Notting Hill is searching for a loving nanny/housekeeper to assist with the smooth running of their 6 storey home.
There is a daily housekeeper who takes care of all the cleaning duties and bed linens, so the focus of this role is to manage laundry and to keep the household extremely organised by putting away grocery deliveries.
The main responsibilities will be to assist with the children’s morning and evening routines, Mum generally takes care of school pick ups and drop off, though you may occasional be asked to support the afternoon pick up and drop off to extra curricular activities.
There is a family dog, which you will be expected to walk daily, so a genuine love for animals is essential for this role.
Duties included, but not limited to:
Taking care of family laundry and ensuring clothing is neatly put away in the correct wardrobes (no ironing required)
Handling dry cleaning runs, as items requiring ironing or to be dry cleaned are sent externally.
Keeping the house neat and tidy to an immaculate level
Managing household stock, ensuring grocery deliveries are put away neatly
Daily dog walks
Keeping an eye on the youngest child during afternoon naps via the baby monitor
Occasional meal prep for the children if Mum is unable to do this
School pick up and drop offs
Supporting the children in their evening routine, including supper and bath time
Key criteria:
Proactive, with exceptional organizational skills
Warm and caring
At least 4 years + experience as a nanny/housekeeper in a private household
