Location: Almondsbury, Bristol (BS32)

Pay Rate: £13.76 - £15.82 per hour

Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent

Reporting to: Specials Manager

What You'll Be Doing as a Production Operative

Producing bespoke blocks and components to customer specifications

Transferring wet clay onto stillages

Building accurate brick firing stacks

Sorting fired bricks into customer-ready packs

Maintaining excellent health & safety and housekeeping standards

Counterbalance FLT licence

Any manufacturing or upskilling qualifications

Working Hours

Training Period (12-16 weeks)

Mon-Thu: 7:30am - 4:00pm

Fri: 7:30am - 3:00pmPost‑Training Shift Pattern (Days Only)

5 on / 5 off: 5:00am - 5:00pm

4 on / 4 off: 5:00am - 5:00pmThese patterns provide excellent work-life balance while offering consistent, ongoing hours.
