Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time (Immediate Start)
About the Role
We are an established manufacturer of high-quality security shop fronts based in Birmingham, seeking an experienced Class 2 Driver / Site Labourer to join our team. This is a hands-on role involving both driving and site-based work across the UK.
Key Duties
*
Deliver shop front materials to sites throughout the UK using the company vehicle.
*
Assist in the factory when not driving.
*
Collect goods from suppliers as required.
*
Ensure the company vehicle is always roadworthy and maintained to safety standards.
*
Support shop fitters on-site with installation work using hand and power tools.
*
Perform basic site tasks such as cutting wood, fitting components, and operating tools (e.g. angle grinder).
*
Remove and dispose of site waste in allocated skips.
*
Occasional overnight stays (1–2 nights per week, paid).
Requirements
*
Full Class 2 UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
*
Valid CSCS card.
*
Advanced DBS check required.
*
Proven experience in van delivery driving.
*
Previous site labouring experience, including use of hand and power tools.
*
Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks.
*
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Hours and Pay
*
Monday to Friday: 42.5–55 hours per week.
*
Early starts required.

1–2 paid nights out per week.
