Production Operative

People Solutions are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join our well-established client based in Liverpool, Merseyside.

This is a fantastic opportunity offering great rates of pay and room to grow and progress.

Shifts

• Four days and four nights rotating• 6.00am - 6.00pm / 6.00pm - 6.00am

Rates of Pay

• GBP12.72 per hour for the first 12 weeks• GBP15.26 per hour after 12 weeks

Night Shifts

• GBP14.02 per hour for the first 12 weeks• GBP16.00 per hour after 12 weeks

Day-to-Day Duties

• Working in a range of sections across a busy production floor including compression, liquid injection, and assembly• Working independently towards daily targets• Using industrial machinery to manufacture products• Loading and unloading products from machines• Review and maintenance of product quality and condition• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment at all times

Essential Skills

As a Production Operative, it is essential that you are:• Hard working• A team player• Punctual• Reliable• Keen and willing to learn

Desirable Experience

• Experience working as a Production Operative is an advantage

Training Provided

• Industry-related training and ongoing support throughout
