Product Manager – Variable Speed Drives

Take ownership of a market–leading product range and shape its future direction in a business that's expanding fast.

You'll manage the full product lifecycle from specification and development through to launch and commercial delivery. This is a key position combining technical depth with commercial strategy, working across engineering, sales, and marketing teams to drive innovation and growth.

What you'll do:

Manage the technical and commercial aspects of a defined product range.

Produce detailed product specifications and liaise with customers to align requirements.

Oversee projects through design, validation, and production.

Present features, benefits, and business cases to both technical and commercial audiences.

Support long–term product planning to meet future market needs.

What you'll need:

Engineering qualification (Electrical, Electronic, or similar).

Minimum 10 years of experience in the Variable Speed Drives (VSD) or Motion Control industry.

Strong customer–facing and communication skills.

Experience balancing technical understanding with commercial decision–making.

Self–motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a fast–paced team.
