Manufacturing Operative – Hartlepool (Rolling Contract)

Location: Hartlepool

Contract Type: Rolling Contract (initial 3–6 months)

Start Date: ASAP

NES Fircroft are delighted to be supporting a leading manufacturing company based in Hartlepool. We are seeking motivated Manufacturing Operatives to join their production team on an initial 3–6 month contract, with strong potential for ongoing work.

About the Role:

As a Manufacturing Operative, you will receive full training and on-the-job support to operate specialised machinery and equipment across the manufacturing centre. You’ll work as part of a skilled, supportive team to ensure production runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely.

Shift Pattern:

Monday – Thursday:

Days: 06:00 – 14:00

Afternoons: 14:00 – 22:00

Nights: 22:00 – 06:00

Friday:

Days: 06:00 – 11:00

Afternoons: 11:30 – 17:00

Nights: 17:00 – 22:30

Additional Details:

Excellent hourly and overtime rates

Weekly shift allowance

Overtime readily available

Full training provided

Requirements:

Full right to work in the UK

Reliable, safety-conscious, and eager to learn

Previous manufacturing or production experience is beneficial but not essential
