Lead production and warehouse teams, ensuring targets, quality, and compliance are consistently metDrive operational efficiency, process improvements, and resource optimisationDevelop, mentor, and engage teams to build a high–performing and collaborative cultureMaintain food safety standards and collaborate with Quality Assurance to protect product integrityOversee operational performance, budgets, and key business metrics, reporting to senior leadershipOperations Manager Key Requirements
