Leicester GBP15.00/hour Day Shift Permanent Full–Time

We re recruiting for an experienced MIG/TIG Welder to join a respected engineering and fabrication company in Leicester, producing high–spec welded components for sectors including construction, rail, power, and agriculture.

What s on Offer:

Hourly Rate: Up to GBP15.00 per hour (depending on experience)Hours: Monday to Thursday, 07 15 (4–day week)Location: Leicester (commutable from Hinckley, Wigston, Lutterworth, Blaby, Coalville)Contract: Permanent, full–timeOvertime: Available and paid at an enhanced rate

MIG/TIG Welder Duties:

Carrying out MIG and TIG welding on medium to heavy gauge steelWorking from technical drawings and fabrication diagramsAssembling and welding structural parts and fabricated componentsMaintaining weld quality and appearance to meet production standardsAssisting with general fabrication tasks as neededProducing parts for batch runs (small to medium volume work)

The Ideal MIG/TIG Welder Will Have:

Proven experience in both MIG and TIG weldingConfidence working with fabrication drawingsBackground in structural steel or heavy fabrication (preferred)Good attention to detail and a pride in producing clean, consistent weldsA positive, reliable and team–focused attitude
