An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Fitter to join a growing engineering and manufacturing business.. This hands-on role will see you assembling, integrating and mechanical and electrical systems while working to strict engineering and safety standards.

The role of a Mechanical Fitter will include:

Mechanical assembly and integration of assemblies

Drilling, fastening and structural assembly work

Completing build documentation, certification records and component traceability paperwork

Working in line with quality procedures, engineering standards and health and safety requirements

Using hand and power tools

The ideal Mechanical Fitter should have the following skills and experience:

Proven hands-on experience within mechanical assembly and fitting

Experience of installation, drilling and fastening techniques

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical schematics and xjnqpsq wiring diagram

As a Mechanical Fitter you can benefit from:

Salary of £30,000 - £35,000
