Job Responsibilities

Operate large-scale industrial machinery in accordance with defined instructions and operating procedures.

Follow production schedules efficiently within a small team or crew environment.

Manufacture adhesive-coated tapes for various high-demand applications.

Set up machines, load raw materials, and manually operate equipment to produce quality products.

Unload finished products from machinery, ensuring proper handling and storage.

Work from written or verbal instructions, applying judgement and selectivity as needed.

Maintain control over product quality, identifying issues and escalating problems when necessary.

Adhere to all safety protocols and promote a safe working environment at all times.

Utilise basic data entry and computer skills for operational documentation.

Operate forklift trucks (FLT) safely and efficiently, holding a valid FLT licence.

Contribute to a fast-paced, quality-focused manufacturing environment by maintaining reliability and attention to detail.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience operating production machinery in a manufacturing setting.

Valid forklift truck (FLT) licence.

Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Ability to follow detailed instructions and work within established procedures.

Strong time management and reliability with excellent attendance record.

Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.

Experience working in fast-paced, quality-driven environments. xjnqpsq

Commitment to working safely and promoting safety standards.

Flexibility to work on a rotating 8-hour or 12 hour shift pattern, including days and evenings, Monday to Friday
