Laundry Operatives

Description

Kinetic Industrial are excited to be supporting an international textile company in Trafford Park, and we're looking for enthusiastic Laundry Operatives to join their growing team. This is a brilliant temp to perm opportunity, working Monday to Friday on rotating shifts (6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm).

You will be working 10.00 – 18.00 for training in the first week.

Some of the things you will be tasked with are:

Working with industrial washing machines and dryers

Laundering a variety of workwear

Carrying out basic machine maintenance

Sorting, folding and preparing garments

Loading and unloading chemical drums

Packing customer orders

Supporting the goods in department

Helping ensure all laundry is completed to the highest standards

To be successful at the role, you need to have the following:

Previous warehouse / production / laundry experience

Comfortable being on your feet throughout the shift

Excellent written and verbal communication skills – for health and safety

Able to work both rotating shifts (6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm)

Able to get to and from Trafford Park with ease

Great attention to detail and a team focused attitude

Experience using a sewing machine is desirable, not essential

For being one of the Laundry Operatives, you will receive:

12.71 per hour
