Description
Search Recruitment are seeking temporary Hygiene Technicians to work with our client based in Moodiesburn for a minimum of three months.
The Hygiene Technician is responsible for maintaining a high level of hygiene within all areas of the facilities in order to comply with Food Safety.
Duties will include but not be limited to:-
Cleaning of process equipment which is in direct contact with product whilst in situ and with some level of disassembly.
Safe handling, mixing and circulation of strong detergents and disinfectants at temperatures through pipework and equipment.
Maintain, and assist in the formulation of, effective cleaning schedules to ensure effective cleaning and repeatable results - safe implementation of cleaning in place of all process pipework and equipment.
Preparation of all materials and equipment to carry out line purges.
Safe storage, stock taking and handling of all hygiene chemicals in accordance with COSHH assessments.
Food Hygiene Certification would be beneficial for this role. xjnqpsq
Hours of work - Monday - Friday 7.00am-3.00pm
£15.95 per hour. Weekly pay.
