As part of a growing technical team, you'll play a key role in delivering residential projects ranging from small developments to large multi–phase schemes, working alongside architects, contractors, project managers and clients to bring designs to life.

Produce construction issue details, sections, elevations and manufacturing drawings. Manage your own portfolio of projects from concept through to completion. Develop technical solutions that meet current building regulations and project specifications. Liaise with architects, contractors, project managers and clients throughout the project lifecycle. Work closely with manufacturing and installation teams to ensure successful project delivery. What We Are Looking For

Experience in an Architectural Technician, Architectural Designer or similar technical role. Strong AutoCAD skills. Good understanding of current building regulations. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Experience within fa ades, glazing or residential construction would be advantageous. Revit/BIM experience is desirable but not essential.
