Willand, Devon (EX15) | £33,000 per annum + overtime + annual bonus | 8am - 4:30pm | Monday to Friday | Permanent

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a skilled CNC Press Brake / Assembly Operative to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Willand, Devon.

This is a permanent, full-time position offering job stability, progression opportunities, and a competitive salary package with overtime and an annual performance bonus.

Key Duties:

Operate CNC Press Brake and CNC Punch machines efficiently and safely.

Perform quality inspections using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.

Adjust machine settings to meet job specifications.

Maintain accurate production records and documentation.

Assist with the assembly process.

Keep the work area clean and compliant with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Proven experience operating CNC Press Brake machinery.

Experience in assembly work.

Background in sheet metal fabrication or a similar environment.

Good problem-solving and basic fault-finding skills.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.

Strong teamwork and communication abilities.

Desirable:

Experience operating CNC Punch machinery.

Experience in cupboard making.

Familiarity with general machine maintenance.

What We Offer:

£33,000 per annum starting salary.
