Location: Lincoln

Contract Details: Temporary (6 months)

Shifts: 6am – 2pm, 2pm – 10pm, 10pm – 6am rotating shift pattern

Salary: From 16.50 per hour

As an CNC Machinist, you will:

Set up and operate CNC machinesOrganize and use machine related tools, and equipment relevant in production.Plan and lay out work, prepare components or semi–products and monitor related hand–stock.Processes the components or semi–products/products according to engineering specifications and quality standards.Perform basic machine–related programming, if required.Perform basic or specifically defined maintenance operations.Cooperate with maintenance technicians and/or external service providers in repair issues.Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Proven experience in CNC machiningStrong understanding of engineering drawings and specificationsProficiency in using measuring tools and quality inspection methodsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent attention to detail and problem–solving skillsDesirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Experience with Fanuc or Siemens controlsKnowledge of programming CNC machinesPrevious experience in a manufacturing environmentFamiliarity with ISO quality standardsTechnologies:

CNC Milling and Turning MachinesMeasuring Equipment (callipers, micrometres)CAD/CAM SoftwareHow to apply:
