We re looking for a skilled and reliable Packaging Machine Specialist to join a well–established manufacturing team in Port Talbot. This is a permanent opportunity for individuals with hands–on experience in fast–paced, high–volume production environments, particularly within packaging or FMCG sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor automated machinery to ensure consistent output and product qualityPerform routine checks, basic maintenance, and respond to minor faultsFollow strict safety, hygiene, and compliance protocolsCollaborate with shift teams to meet production targets and minimise downtime Shift Pattern (rotating weekly):

Week 1: 06 00Week 2: 22 00Week 3: 14 00 Pay & Benefits:

GBP12.21 per hour base rate30% shift allowance = GBP15.87 per hour totalPermanent contract with full training and onboardingOpportunities for progression within a growing manufacturing environment What We re Looking For:

Proven experience in fast–moving goods production, ideally involving pharmaceutical, or metal–based packaging (e.g. tins, containers, closures)Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detailComfortable working to targets in a shift–based environmentReliable, punctual, and safety–conscious If you re confident working with machinery in a fast–paced setting and take pride in keeping production lines running smoothly, we d love to hear from you.
