Salary: 50,000 + 3000 Annual Bonus

Are you an experienced Health & Safety professional looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Health & Safety Manager to join our clients team in Medway. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of health and safety strategy, compliance, and culture across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain health & safety policies and procedures in line with current legislation.Conduct risk assessments and audits to ensure a safe working environment.Deliver training and guidance to staff on health & safety best practices.Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.Drive continuous improvement and promote a positive safety culture.Requirements
