Thrive Personnel Ltd are seeking a skilled CNC Wood Machinist to join our clients production team on their day shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality wooden doors and components. You will need to interpret technical drawings, select appropriate tooling, and ensure that all products meet the required specifications.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machines to perform various wood machining operations.

Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Select and install appropriate cutting tools and fixtures.

Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments.

Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines.

Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Skills:

Proficiency in operating CNC machines.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Strong knowledge of wood machining techniques.

Experience:

Proven experience as a CNC Wood Machinist or similar role.
