Job Title: Bench Hand Joiner

Location: Leicester

Salary: 15.00 to 16.00 per hour

Hours: 8am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday

The Role:

We are seeking a skilled Bench Hand Joiner to join the workshop team. In this role, you'll work from drawings to produce high–quality bespoke joinery, carrying projects from preparation through to final assembly with accuracy and care. You'll be responsible for building cabinets, counters, displays, and specialist components using both traditional hand tools and modern workshop equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret technical drawings to complete joinery projects.Prepare, cut, assemble, and finish wooden components to high standards.Use hand tools, woodworking machinery, and finishing equipment safely and effectively.Maintain a clean and organised workspace in line with health and safety standards.Collaborate with the workshop team to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.About You:

Proven experience as a joiner or bench hand in a workshop environment.Strong knowledge of wood types, joinery techniques, and finishing methods.Ability to work accurately and efficiently, paying attention to detail.Practical problem–solving skills and a commitment to quality workmanship.Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.How to Apply:
