Warehouse Operative – Temp to Perm Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and fast–paced logistics operation. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for long–term work with the potential to secure a permanent position.

Pay Rate:

14.94 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Receiving and unloading incoming freight from containers and vehiclesPicking and packing orders, ensuring goods are prepared securely for dispatchChecking deliveries for damages and maintaining accurate inventory recordsOrganising stock within the warehouse, ensuring safe storage and efficient use of spaceMaintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment in line with health and safety standardsCompleting relevant documentation and using scanners to track goodsRequirements:

Good level of physical fitness and ability to lift and move heavy itemsStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsEffective communication skillsBasic IT literacy, including experience using handheld scanners (preferred)Forklift truck licence (Reach or Counterbalance) is advantageous but not essentialShift Pattern:

4 on / 4 off rotating shift patternDays: 06:00 – 18:00Nights: 18:00 – 06:00
