Business Development Manager – Freight Forwarding

Dudley / Hybrid Field–Based

Up to 50,000 + Bonus + Benefits

I'm currently working in partnership with a well–established, growing international freight forwarding business to recruit an experienced Business Development Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly reputable logistics provider with decades of experience delivering global freight solutions across air, sea, and road. The Role

This is a hybrid, field–based sales position, focused on driving new business growth across the Midlands and surrounding areas.

Proactively generate new business through cold calling, networking, and client visitsDevelop and manage your own pipeline across multimodal freight (air, sea & road)Identify opportunities within import/export and supply chain solutionsBuild long–term relationships with SME and corporate clientsWork closely with internal operations teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions

About You

Proven track record in freight forwarding sales (air/sea/road)Strong hunter mentality with experience in cold business developmentCommercially driven with the ability to win and grow accountsKnowledge of international logistics and supply chain solutionsFull UK driving licenceWR Logistics are the recruitment partner for all vacancies in the logistics industry.
