About the Role:

We are currently recruiting for a Transport Administrator to join a major logistics company. This is a temporary opportunity within a fast–paced transport operation, supporting the smooth running of daily logistics activities.

This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and experience in a transport or warehouse environment, who can manage multiple tasks while maintaining high levels of accuracy and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the day–to–day transport operationBooking deliveries and coordinating schedulesLiaising with drivers, warehouse teams, and customersHandling customer queries and resolving issues efficientlyManaging and processing transport documentation (PODs, delivery notes, etc.)Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate recordsAssisting with driver briefings and debriefingsEnsuring compliance with transport regulations and company procedures

Requirements:

Previous experience in a transport or logistics administration role preferredStrong communication and organisational skillsAbility to work in a fast–paced environment and meet deadlinesGood attention to detail and problem–solving skillsIT literate, including Microsoft Office (Excel preferred)Flexible and reliable approach to work
