Job Title: Stores Coordinator

Location: Hornsey, Haringey, London

Contract Details: Temporary, 6 months

Shifts: 5 Days 7am–7pm then 5 days off and nights 7pm–6am then 5 days off

Salary: 17.05 per hour day rate & 22.68 per hour night rate

Responsibilities:

As a Stores Coordinator, you will:

Oversee inventory management and stock controlCoordinate incoming and outgoing shipmentsMaintain accurate records and documentationEnsure compliance with health and safety regulationsCollaborate with team members to optimise storage solutionsAssist in the preparation of reports related to stock levels and usage

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Previous experience in a stores or warehouse environmentStrong organisational skills and attention to detailProficient in inventory management softwareExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work effectively in a team–oriented environment

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Forklift licence or experience operating warehouse equipmentKnowledge of logistics and supply chain processesFamiliarity with health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting

Technologies:

Inventory management systemsMicrosoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
