Property Viewer (Aberdeen based)

Description

I am private individual now living in Bath (UK), looking to settle to live in Aberdeen (close to the University) in early October, and have in mind a few apartments for rent.

It is required by the estate agent that I have attend to view the property in person or by my representative before I can make offer to rent. Therefore, I need a property viewer to help view my target apartment to fulfil the requirement. The job duty includes (1) attend the property with estate agent, (2) take measurement of the rooms, (3) test water taps in the property (whether the water pressure is sufficient), and (4) take photo to show the condition of the property.

It is estimated that a visit will take no more than 1.5 hour, and the remmuneration per visit will be paid directly to your bank account upon completion of the visit and receipt of above information. If the visit takes more than 1.5 hours (including waiting time), an additional GBP20 per hour will be paid to you upon my prior consent of the incident and proof of time spent.

This is one off job although I may need few viewings. No formal qualification is required.
