Forklift Operator (Temp to Perm 12 Weeks)

Location: Redmarley, Gloucestershire

Start Date: January 2026

Pay Rate: GBP13.00 per hour

Transport: Own transport required

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Operator to join our team in Redmarley on a 12–week temporary–to–permanent basis. This role involves operating a counterbalance forklift to support warehouse and production operations, ensuring the efficient movement of goods and materials on site.

Key Responsibilities

Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently. Load and unload vehicles and move stock around the warehouse. Support goods–in and goods–out operations. Maintain a clean and organised work area. Carry out daily equipment checks and report any faults or issues promptly. Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operational flow. Shift Patterns

Monday to Friday Day Shift: 5:00am 2:00pm Split Shift: 5:00am 10:00am & 3:00pm 7:00pm (Candidates must be flexible to work either shift pattern as required.)

Requirements

Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential) Own transport due to rural location (essential) Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment Strong attention to detail and a commitment to health & safety standards Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team What s on Offer
