A fast–growing B2B media and events organisation is looking for a Sales Manager to join its expanding exhibitions portfolio. Operating across logistics, supply chain, robotics, automation, and urban mobility, the business delivers some of the industry's most dynamic international events and publications. This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager who wants to take ownership of high–value sales activity, shape strategy, and drive year–on–year revenue growth.

As the Sales Manager, you'll lead by example, manage key accounts, shape sales strategy, and work closely with senior leadership to maximise commercial performance. This is a senior execution role suited to someone with deep experience in exhibition sales and a strong drive for results.

You will:

Deliver and exceed your own revenue target across multiple exhibitions

Own sales strategy for selected shows, working with the Head of Sales

Lead pitch preparation and negotiate key commercial agreements

Develop tailored, insight–led proposals for clients

Contribute to pricing strategy and floorplan planning

Mentor Account Managers and support best practices around rebooking, pipeline management, and CRM usage

Identify upsell and cross–sell opportunities across the wider portfolio

Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting

You will need:

5+ years of exhibition sales experience

A strong track record of exceeding sales targets

Experience managing key accounts and securing large commercial deals

Excellent negotiation skills and commercial awareness

Strong understanding of the full B2B event cycle

Proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, and sales reporting

Confidence working in a fast–paced and commercially focused environment

What's on offer:

Birthday off, plus three paid days over Christmas

Private Medical Insurance and gym membership discounts

Group Pension Scheme

Employee Assistance Programme

Regular company events

Opportunities to travel across the UK and internationally (including Miami, Brussels, Asia)

Ongoing training and development with support for personal development

If you're an experienced Sales Manager looking for a role with influence, progression, and the chance to contribute to a growing international events portfolio, this is an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your career.
