About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing company that values expertise, initiative, and a proactive mindset. You will play a critical role in managing and coordinating shipments across air, road, and ocean, ensuring seamless movement of goods through UK and international customs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate import and export shipments via air, road, and sea

• Ensure full compliance with customs regulations and procedures

• Liaise with clients, carriers, HMRC, and internal teams

• Manage documentation and timely clearance of goods

• Provide end-to-end operational support in a fast-paced logistics environment

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who brings:

• Proven operations experience in logistics or freight forwarding

• Deep knowledge of customs procedures and documentation

• Familiarity with air, road, and ocean freight processes

• A can-do attitude and excellent communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and organisational ability

Experience with customs software and familiarity with CDS (Customs Declaration Service) will be a distinct advantage.
