Arrived on time,gave me a written quote.He wasn’t pushy , we agreed on a price, the job was done that week. First class fence removed all rubbish, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

Jimmy and the guys came out to slab back garden can't fault workmanship reasonably priced would recommend also worked hard to finish to a high standard

Work completed in April 2024: patio area with pergola, wooden planters, drainage and turf lawn laid. Initially happy with the work although one of the slabs on the patio was chipped, an existing slab on the path cracked and the drain covers / access points have been buried, which we noticed after they left. They clearly knew the slabs had been damaged as we were told they would not leave until we had inspected the job and were happy but they left without giving us the opportunity to look over the final result! We made the final payment before they left on the understanding they would not leave until we were happy! Worried they have damaged the drain covers/ access points and that’s why they have been buried! Also the price quoted excluded VAT which was not explained and payments were requested every time materials needed to be purchased and on 2 occasions asked to pay additional instalment including the final payment to pay the staffs wages! Now after only 5 months and £1000’s of pounds paid the patio area is uneven, parts of the pergola have fallen off and needed to be re-attached and the bottom has fallen out of one of the planters. Almost 3 weeks after reporting the issues - no sign of anyone coming to put things right. Would definitely NOT recommend. 2 stars given as Jimmy worked hard in all weather and seemed like a decent guy!
