What You Will Do:

- Design, develop, and maintain internal business applications using the .NET framework (C#, VB.NET). - Create insightful reports using SQL, SSRS, and Crystal Reports to transform raw data into actionable decisions. - Collaborate directly with users across departments to translate their needs into effective software solutions. - Enhance and customise the Epicor ERP system to improve workflow and data integration. - Build interfaces with industrial equipment, including factory systems like PLCs and production lines. - Provide IT support to colleagues when required, ensuring smooth operations across the business.

What You Will Bring:

- Proven experience in .NET development (C#, VB.NET) with a strong focus on object-oriented programming. - Expertise in writing and optimising SQL queries for efficient data handling. - Proficiency in creating reports using Crystal Reports and SSRS. - A methodical approach to diagnosing and solving technical challenges. - Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts in plain English. - Bonus skills: familiarity with ERP systems, industrial interfaces, and protocols like OPC, MQTT, and Modbus.
