Position: Instructional Designer - Safety Training

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract

Contract Length: 5 months

Working Pattern: Full Time

What You'll Do:

As an Instructional Designer, you will play a vital role in crafting safety compliance training materials that resonate with learners. Your creativity and attention to detail will shine as you:

Develop storyboards and scripts that captivate and inform.

Edit videos and create interactive learning experiences.

Build e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline and Camtasia.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy.

Design visually appealing PowerPoint presentations for training sessions.

Required Skills:

To succeed in this role, you should bring:

3+ years of content development experience.

Intermediate proficiency in Articulate Storyline or Camtasia.

Proven video editing skills.

Strong PowerPoint capabilities.

Exceptional writing and communication skills.

Keen attention to detail.

Ability to juggle multiple projects effectively.

Experience collaborating with subject matter experts to define learning objectives.

Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
