Description
Support Engineer required by a well established leading IT solutions provider in the UK. Paying up to £40k. The company prides itself on its policy of quality solutions and services with a dedicated team of Microsoft Certified Trainers and Trained Engineers. They offer an extensive range of services and products which includes total supply, installation & full after sales support of IT Network solutions and managing the company's various in-house servers plus providing back-up support to all our maintenance clients.
They are now seeking a another 2nd/3rd Line Engineer to join their growing team and assist with various projects. You will be required covering Microsoft technologies within desktop, server, cloud solutions, VoIP and peripheral hardware. This will also include current MS Servers O/S, MS Office 365, Azure, Security hardware's & software's solutions.
Skills Required
·Excellent networking skills with Azure, VMware, Apple, Cisco, Fortinet
·Microsoft Certified
·Excellent customer facing abilities
·In-depth knowledge of hardware and software support.
