Description
Our care assistants are carefully selected, Firstly, we run a rigorous DBS check to make sure that it is safe for us to recruit a new staff member.
After that, all our care assistants go through professional induction training which ends with an exam that they need to pass to start providing care in the community. This training program has been developed in accordance with the standards and regulations of care and has been optimised with our best internal franchise knowledge of about 20 years of experience.
Most importantly, each care assistant is selected based on their personality traits; we only look for compassionate, caring, responsible and cheery individuals who can change the lives of our customers!
