Are you an experienced Restaurant Manager who knows how to run a busy, high-volume commercial restaurant while delivering outstanding customer service?

We are recruiting for a major 300+ cover restaurant near Andover following significant investment and a 500,000 refurbishment. This is a substantial hospitality operation where you will have the opportunity to take real ownership of the team, service standards and day-to-day performance.

This role is ideal for a proven operator who thrives in a busy environment, leads from the floor and understands how great customer service can drive loyalty, reputation and commercial success.

What you will be doing

As Restaurant Manager, you will:

Take full day-to-day responsibility for a large, busy commercial restaurantLead from the floor and set the standard for exceptional customer serviceEnsure every guest receives a warm, efficient and consistently high-quality experienceCoach and develop the team to confidently manage high-volume service without compromising standardsRecruit, motivate and nurture a strong restaurant teamUse customer feedback to continually improve the guest experienceManage rotas, staffing levels, stock and operational controlsMaintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness and complianceDrive efficiency, consistency and commercial performance within a demanding hospitality environmentMaximise the opportunity created by the recent investment and refurbishment

What we're looking for

You will need:

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager within a high-volume commercial operationExperience successfully managing significant customer numbers and a large teamA strong hospitality background with a genuine passion for customer serviceA track record of improving service standards and developing customer-focused teamsThe confidence and presence to lead from the frontStrong people-management skills and the ability to build an engaged teamCommercial awareness and a good understanding of restaurant performanceThe ability to remain organised and maintain excellent standards during a busy serviceExperience delivering strong hospitality standards in a customer-focused environmentCandidates must have the right to work in the UK and be able to reliably travel to the Andover area for work.
