I’m a 72-year-old gent with style, looking to swap my bijou one-bedroom housing association flat in Islington for something near the sea—Weymouth or surrounding Dorset areas preferred.
My current home is nestled in one of Islington’s most desirable pockets. It’s compact but full of charm, with access to a peaceful communal garden and neighbours who are genuinely kind and considerate. I’ve loved living here, but I’m ready for a slower rhythm. London’s cultural offerings no longer call to me, and I’d like to retire somewhere coastal, where the sea is part of daily life.
