I’m looking for a house or a flat from 2 to 4 bedrooms in northwest London the reason for swap because my work in London and my family live in Birmingham and it is hard and cost to stay far away from my family. I look for bigger home I have 3 children and also to be close to my relatives and friends there.

My flat in Birmingham comes with secure tenancy with no age restrictions and allows pets. The building includes eight floors and my flat is on the third floor and has a balcony with a beautiful view. The flat has kitchen like new and new leminate flooring recently installed and I made new paint for all home and doors too new toilet and new sing and tap few weeks ago on my own expense the home is very good conditions I also make gas connection for the cooker on my own expense too.My home is Close to Birmingham City Centre (3miles) which is almost a fifteen minute drive. Schools, Doctors, Hospital, Dentist, Bus Station, Walking Routes, Pharmacies, Shopping Centres, Parks and much more are all located nearby. It is a quiet building with very quiet neighbours who don't disturb so it is peaceful. I am looking for home biger with garden or flat I need from 2 to 4 bedrooms .


BCC recently did fire protection-installation of sprinklers into the flat.
