For direct swap I’m looking for someone in London with a 2 double bedroom on the ground floor only and with outside space (either a garden or balcony) who wants to exchange to my flat in Southfields SW19, or wants to relocate to Cardiff or Glasgow.
I have a 2 double bedroom flat with a large and secure balcony in a quiet estate in Southfields SW19. See the floor plan attached.
For multiswap, a tenant from Cardiff and a tenant from Glasgow want my flat so I’m hoping to find someone who has my required property to go to theirs for a 3 way swap.
