Hey all. I have a 1 bed flat in sidcup. Looking for another 1 bed.
Flat is first floor. In a block of 24 4 to a door. Very quite. Pet friendly neighbours are lovely. Parks all around bus that takes you straight into elthem or St foots cray tesco. Rent is 577.odd a month. Run by southwark council.
Flat has no lift no balcony. But has a beautiful communal garden which is beautiful in the summer. People have bbqs and party's. it's run by electric. Has a shower room. Bedroom (has built in wardrobe) and living room nice sizes nice big windows kitchen is a little small. No window Veiwing is welcome. Has a nice size stroage cupboard. And a airing cupboard. Will need to decorate. Looking to go back crystal Palace area or surroundings areas.
I know this doesn't sound like the perfect home. But I'm happy here. I'm just looking for a fresh start. Been here nearly 5 years.
