Description
The pictures were taken a few months ago when I emptied the flat, and I haven’t furnished it since, as I would like to move out of London as soon as possible.
The flat is part of a large housing estate, set in a vibrant yet peaceful area. It’s a housing association property with the right to buy. Located on the 3rd floor with lift access, it offers a family-friendly environment, and is close to all amenities, including parks, schools, hospital, shops (Asda, Tesco, Lidl, etc.), gym centres, and excellent transport links.
I’m looking to move to the outskirts of London, preferably to a quiet town in the south coast around Eastbourne, Croydon, Brighton area but I am open to suggestions.
If you’re interested, please get in touch and we can take it from there.
The postcode is: E9 5PU (Hackney, London). Nearest underground is Homerton. Tube is Hackney and Stratford.
PS: Please only reply if you are serious about exchanging, and check the postcode provided before contacting me. In return, please share your postcode when replying, so I can check on my side to avoid any unnecessary time-wasting.
