Schools, Community Hospital and Eltham High Street within a 5-10 minute walk.

Gated patio area with communal garden for only 10 bungalows each using garden directly outside for private areas.

It has been completely renovated with new Kitchen, built in high oven and energy efficient timed 2 plate hob into worktop. The wetroom was renewed and I had expensive bathroom furniture cabinets also fitted. There us a walk in disabled shower with adjustable seat and adjustable rais at each side of the toilet.
