Description
Job Title: Youth Worker
Excellent opportunity for an experienced Youth Worker.
Youth Worker Main Duties:
– Conduct one–on–one and group mentoring sessions.
– Assist with study skills and time management.
– Monitor progress and provide feedback.
– Collaborate with staff and parents/guardians.
– Organize workshops and events.
– Maintain accurate records.
They require a Youth Worker with a minimum 5 years experience.
Qualifications / Skills/ Experience:
– Previous mentoring or educational support experience preferred.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Empathy, patience, and passion for helping others.
– working with staff to help educational needs of students
– Have a full driving licence and vehicle
– ideally have a enhanced CRB
Salary / Hourly Rates:
GBP21000 to GBP23000
Working Hours:
9am to 3pm
