Overview

We are seeking a Registered Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional care for children in a residential settings in Sheffield. The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years as a Deputy / Registered Manager or a Senior role in a Children s Care home setting. This role requires a compassionate leader who can manage care plans effectively while ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the children's care home, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices. Develop, implement, and review individual care plans tailored to each child's needs, promoting their well–being and development. Supervise and mentor staff members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and high–quality care delivery. Administer medications as required, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and guidelines. Maintain accurate records of care provided and participate in regular audits to ensure quality assurance. Collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to provide holistic support for children in our care. Qualifications

2 years proven experience in management within a children s care home environment is essential. Strong supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership skills to inspire and motivate a team. Proficient in developing and managing individualised care plans that meet the unique needs of each child. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with children, families, and staff alike.
