We re working with an exceptionally well–run surgery seeking a Practice Nurse to join their friendly, multi–disciplinary team on a locum basis.

The practice is looking for cover for week commencing 17th November and 24th November, with the possibility of extension into December to help manage a backlog of appointments.

Salary GBP26.00 – GBP30.00 per hour

Training practice Supportive team of GP Partners, Salaried GPs, Clinical and non–clinical supporting staff CQC Good 6700 patients SystemOne

Your role

Locum Practice/Treatment room Nurse 2 days per week flex on days Tuesday to Friday Initially w/c 17th and 24th November, with potential to extend Experience in General practice or Primary Care settings is essential Mix of 10 and 20 minute appts Traditional practice nurse duties incl. Family Planning, Cervical Smears, Minor injuries, General Nursing advice, Dressings/Stitch removals, Vaccinations, Blood pressure checks, Travel advice/Immunisations You must be qualified as a Registered Nurse and be registered with the NMC The benefits
