Disability Assessor Hybrid / Remote (RGN, RMN, RNLD, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, or Paramedic)

Locations: Bournemouth, Southampton, Cambridge, Bristol, Oxford, Gloucester, Weston–Super–Mare, Yeovil, Swindon, and Fareham

Hours: Monday Friday, 9am 5pm

As a Disability Assessor, you ll apply your medical knowledge to assess, analyse, and report on a wide range of health conditions, supporting fair and evidence–based outcomes for every claimant.

This role is ideal for qualified clinicians who want to move away from long shifts and night work, focus on quality over quantity, and enjoy a balanced Monday Friday schedule while still making a genuine impact.

What You ll Do: Conduct clinical assessments (via video, telephone, or face–to–face) Evaluate how physical, mental, or cognitive conditions impact daily living Review medical evidence and write structured, objective reports Work within a supportive multi–disciplinary clinical team Utilise efficient digital systems to ensure accuracy and consistency Training & Development: 6 12 weeks of full–time, supported training (experience dependent) GBP2,150 Approval Bonus paid post–approval Ongoing CPD, clinical supervision, and peer support

(Please note: no annual leave can be taken during the first 6 weeks of training.) Active UK registration as RGN / RMN / RNLD / Physiotherapist / Occupational Therapist / Paramedic / Pharmacist 12+ months post–registration experience in an adult clinical setting Strong IT and report writing skills Clean registration with NMC / HCPC / GPhC
